Windows Phone users rejoice! For the next week, you can get the latest news, and pretend to be Batman on the cheap as part of the Windows Phone Red Stripe Deal of the Week.
This week’s Red Stripe line-up includes The Dark Knight Rises. As you might have guessed, users are allowed to run around in Batman’s signature cape and cowel while serving up their own brand of high-flying vigilante street justice. At $2.99, it’s not bad, especially since the game features Xbox LIVE achievements.
The robotic adventure game known as ARMED! is on sale this week too. It doesn’t include Xbox LIVE functionality, but the game’s design and third-person shooting mechanics make it well worth the $.99.
Finally, news reader WEAVE is also on sale this week. While its still a bit pricey at $3.99, it’s our favorite news application on Windows Phone by far.
