With the tenth anniversary of Halo 2 coming this winter Microsoft was bound to release a refreshed version for users to relieve the magic. Instead, Microsoft is delivering Halo: The Master Chief Collection, a compilation of all four Halo games that include the Master Chief and more.

Microsoft announced Halo: The Master Chief Collection during its E3 2014 press briefing earlier today. When it arrives on November 11th for $60 users will be able to play remastered versions of the campaign and multiplayer elements of Halo: Combat Evolved, Halo 2, Halo 3 and Halo 4.

Microsoft is stuffing all the games and their multiplayer on a single disc. It’s also confirmed that users can expect the games to run at the Xbox One’s full 1080p resolution at 60 frames per second. Microsoft is also making a big deal out of users being able to switch between each game’s original graphics and the remastered graphics that have been tailor-made for the Xbox One.

Included in Halo: The Master Chief Collection will be every map that shipped with each original game. Microsoft says its been careful to make sure that each game is running on its original engine not some altered version built to mimic them. Finally, buyers will get access to a coming beta of Halo 5: The Guardians and a live action television show that’s already in development.

Halo 5: The Guardians will go on sale for the Xbox One on November 11th for $60.
