Larry Wilmore’s The Nightly Show takes over The Colbert Report’s timeslot tonight at 11:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time 10:30 p.m. Central Time. Expect laughs, expect jokes and pray there’s more subtle humor in store for us all than the show’s original named indicated. (Until recently, Comedy Central had confirmed the show’s name as The Minority Report, seriously.)
Xbox owners won’t be able to watch the show as it streams live, but they should be able to watch a recording of tonight’s The Nightly Show from the Comedy Central apps for Xbox One and Xbox 360 soon after. To watch some shows on Comedy Central users need a cable subscription. That shouldn’t be the case with the The Nightly Show since The Daily Show doesn’t require a cable subscription.
