Our hearts are still all aflutter over the changes coming to Windows 8, and just when we’d managed to get our excitement under control, Microsoft is now narrowing the launch window for the operating system and hardware devices that will rely on it.
According to Microsoft’s Tami Reller, we can expect the Windows Team to wrap up development of the operating system “the first week of August”, with general availability to come this October.
