Grand Theft Auto 5 for the Xbox One is coming November 18th.
Rockstar Games, developers of Grand Theft Auto 5, revealed that the Xbox One version of the game will arrive on store shelves on November 18th earlier today. The reveal came shortly before the company revealed a brand new trailer showcasing the game’s updated graphics.
Xbox One owners who do pick up Grand Theft Auto 5 for the Xbox One can expect all sorts of new things. That’s despite Grand Theft Auto 5 having launched on the Xbox 360 around a year ago. In addition to looking better, new weapons, vehicles and activities will be on tap for Xbox One owners who buy the game.. Additionally, Rockstar says that it’s worked to enhance the weather system, plant system and traffic system for the newer consoles. New music will be on tap for anyone who just wants to find an attractive car and go cruising through Los Santos in the dead of night.
Xbox 360 users who played the game and finished the prologue can expect a seaplane, a refreshed blimp, shooting challenges and even more new weapons in Grand Theft Auto 5 for Xbox One. Users who pre-order the game will get $1,000,000 in in-game money to spend on whatever they want. It’ll be split even between the game’s story mode and Grand Theft Auto Online, the multiplayer element of the game.
Grand Theft Auto 5 will also launch on Sony’s PS4 on November 18th. Windows users will have to wait a bit. Today, Rockstar also formally announced that it’s delaying the PC version of Grand Theft Auto 5 until January 27th.
