The profile area of the Kinect Society proof of concept
So we’ve got to be honest. We’ve never thought hard about anything having to do with social networking and the Kinect sensor for a few different reasons. For starters Microsoft’s own Facebook and Twitter apps for Xbox LIVE don’t have any functionality related to the peripheral. When we took a look at the Kinect Society concept for Kinect, we were intrigued to say the least.
To be clear the software is complete in the protoyping stage, but we’re never going to be able to unsee jus thow useful having a social network powered by Kinect (or updated apps for the world’s most popular social network -Facebook) might be.
