If Microsoft and Motorola thought May 2 was finally the day they’d be getting a ruling from the ITC’s Commission on their patent infringement spat, they’ve had their hopes dashed.
Both companies will now have to wait until at least May 18th before they’ll find out if Motorola is infringing on a patent Microsoft owns that covers synchronization technology. The original date the ruling was expect had been May 2nd . You can track the progress on the case with our friends over at Foss Patents. Sure it’s not a media case per se but who here really thinks this is only about syncing information?
