While some users would argue otherwise, there’s no denying that almost a year later, independent developers creating apps for Windows 8 and Windows RT are finally starting to deliver fully featured, well coded applications.
Problem is, they’re a little hard to find at the moment, so we thought we’d ask for recommendations from the wider Windows community.
