Those of us who prefer to watch others mountain bike, ski, skateboard and do other extreme acts of daring will be able to do so directly from the Xbox 360’s GoPro app beginning tomorrow.
Microsoft announced the new GoPro for Xbox 360 app earlier today. Once downloaded, users can watch the service’s millions of stunt videos and more for free, sort of. The app will require Xbox 360 users to have an Xbox Live Gold subscription. That service will cost users $9.99 a month or roughly $60 a year.
Microsoft says users should expect an Xbox One version of the app over the summer. The app also includes a store that allows users to order GoPro equipment from the Microsoft Store directly on their console.
