If you were one of the many users hoping to get your hands on Battlefield Hardline or Dragon Age: Inquisition your waiting period just got a bit longer. Both games have been delaying.
Electronic Arts, who publishes both of the games in question, announced shortly after its earnings that neither of the two games would reach their targeted release date. The news isn’t as bad for Dragon Age: Inquisition buyers; that game is now scheduled to arrive November 18th in the United States and November 21st in Europe. BioWare says that it needs an extra six weeks to polish the game, which is why it isn’t meeting its original October 7th launch date.
Battlefield Hardline on the other hand is getting a huge delay. Its developer, DICE is now insisting that the game will launch sometime in “early 2015,” killing any change the game had at stopping the juggernaut that is Call of Duty this holiday season. Battlefield Hardline had been expected to launch on October 21st.
Both games will be available on the Xbox One, Xbox 360, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3 whenever they launch.
