We don’t know if you were planning on boldly going where no man has gone before this upcoming weekend. If you’re a fan of Star Trek, the franchise and television you might want to make changes to your plans though. This week Microsoft is slashing prices on entire seasons of Star Trek, Star Trek: Voyager, Star Trek: Deep Space 9 and the ungodly disaster that was Enterprise in Xbox Video.
Season 1, Season 3, Season 4 & Season 5 of Star Trek: The Next Generation are available for $39.99 in standard definition. Season 2 of the show is going for an even more modest $32.99. Seasons 1-3 of the original Star Trek are going for $24.99 in standard definition. Seasons 2-7 of Star Trek: Deep Space 9 are just $24.99 in standard definition. Users will need to fork over $33.99 for the first season of the show.
Some would say that Star Trek: Voyager was the greatest series of all — and they’d be right. It’s selling for $24.99 a season in standard definition.
If you’re considering purchasing any of these seasons be sure to make your move quickly. Microsoft doesn’t share a hard date for when these types of promotions end. Any video content purchased through Xbox Video is available on the Xbox One, Xbox 360, Windows Phone, Windows 8 and on the web.
