For a limited time, Amazon is rolling out a $349 Xbox One Value Bundle that includes an extra Xbox One controller and a copy of Wolfenstein: The New Order at no additional charge.
Amazon rolled out the new Xbox One Value Bundle this morning. In total, that $349 gets users more than meets the eye. The Xbox One included in the Value Bundle is the same as the Xbox One Assassin’s Creed Unity Bundle. That means that buyers get a copy of Assassin’s Creed Unity and Assassin’s Creed 4: Black Flag in addition to that disc based copy of Wolfenstien: The New Order.
The savings here for Amazon shoppers is big. Microsoft recently slashed the cost of the Xbox One without a Kinect 2 sensor to $349, but an Xbox One Wireless Controller costs $50 on Amazon right now. Wolfenstein: The New Order is $37.75 today. Roughly, that’s $88 in savings before even counting the free digital editions of Assassin’s Creed. Because they’re digital the Assassin’s Creed games can’t be traded in, but the extra controller and physical game can be.
Amazon isn’t offering a free game or controller with the purchase of an Xbox One + Kinect sensor.
