For most, the weekend that just passed was tranquil. For those expecting to get their hands on The Witcher 3 this coming Tuesday the weekend was anything but tranquil. Games as big as The Witcher 3 require mind, body and hard drive to be in peak performance. Ok, mostly that’s crap, but you won’t have to wait long to find out for yourself. Tonight, you’ll finally be able to play The Witcher 3 on your Xbox One.
Technically, The Witcher 3 doesn’t arrive on store shelves until Tuesday, but that’s where times zones come in. CD Projekt Red, the game’s developer, is based in Warsaw Poland. When you account for that change Xbox One and PC gamers will be able to power up The Witcher 3 tonight at 8PM Eastern Standard Time and 5PM Pacific Time, according to R/XboxOne, a community on Reddit.
Those who haven’t downloaded the game already can do so now from the Xbox Store now. If your console has Instant-On mode turned on and is set as your only console, the game will download itself.
