Microsoft’s Xbox Video Free Movie Weekend promotion is back this week and this time high-definition and standard definitions of Survivor are absolutely free to rent.
Starting today anyone with access to Xbox Video can rent Survivor from Microsoft’s Xbox Video service thanks to the Xbox Video Free Movie Weekend kicker. Survivor stars Milla Jovovich and Pierce Brosnan as agents running from the long arm of the government for allegedly plotting a terrorist bombing. With a four star rating and 2015 release date, it’s one of the more attractive films to be featured in Xbox Video Free Movie Weekend for some time.
In celebration of the free rentals, Microsoft is slashing prices on Jovich’s films. Steep discounts include the Resident Evil series, The Fifth Element, Return to the Blue Lagoon and more.
Anyone with access to the internet and a device that connects to the Xbox Video service can take advantage of Xbox Video Free Movie Weekend. Xbox Video isn’t available on the iPhone or Android, but does have Windows, Windows Phone and web apps. Users have to setup their rental before Monday, July 13th.
