Buried within a financial filling, we’re learning more about when the next major release in the long-running WWE 2K franchise is arriving. According to publisher Take 2 Interactive, WWE 2K16 arrives on store shelves October 27th.
Take 2 Interactive announced the release of WWE 2K16 this afternoon in financial documents, shortly before its scheduled earnings call for the quarter past. Unlike video game developer Ubisoft, Take 2 Interactive isn’t necessarily ready to say goodbye to the Xbox 360 an PlayStation 3. WWE 2K16 will come to the Xbox One, Xbox 360 and other consoles in North America.
