Happy Monday afternoon Xbox land. Today may not be going the way you hoped that it would, but maybe things are turning around for you. If you have Xbox Live Gold, you’re now able to download Sunset Overdrive for free thanks to Xbox Live Games with Gold.
Sunset Overdrive went free on Saturday for all Xbox Live users that have an Xbox Live Gold subscription. Sunset Overdrive is a third-person adventure game with an over-the-top sense of humor. The game launched as an exclusive for Xbox One shortly after launch. It’ll be free until May 15th. To claim the game, users need only head to the Gold section on the Xbox One or claim the game in SmartGlass or at Xbox.com. The game is replacing Lords of the Fallen in the Games with Gold line-up. The Wolf Among Us is still running free too.
Saints Row IV is sticking around free for Xbox 360 users until April 30th.
Of course, to take advantage of Xbox Live Games with Gold you need an Xbox Live Gold subscription. A subscription costs $9.99 a month, $24.99 for three months or, $60 a year.
