If you’ve been waiting for the upcoming Spring 2011 update for the Xbox 360 we’ve got some news. First the good; According to Joystiq it’s coming on May 19th. Now for the bad news; it’s not really an update.
To be fair you will be rewarded with a compatibility with a new disc format that’ll be used in new games later in 2011, however that and the ability to pay with PayPal are about the only end user features you’re going to get. Additionally Avatar Kinect will also make it’s debut that day so there’s something new, if you like that sort of thing…
