That’s exactly what the company has done, revealing discounts on Call of Duty: Ghosts and an entire slate of Xbox One titles like Dead Rising 3.
For Xbox One, the deals are simple. Starting today, Dead Rising 3, Forza 5, Kinect Sports Rivals, Ryse: Son of Rome are permanently $49.99. To be clear, Microsoft isn’t lowering the price of these titles for just this week, but permanently going forward. Angry Birds: Star Wars, Call of Duty Ghosts: Gold Edition & Call of Duty Ghosts for the Xbox One are going for as much as 50% off for this week only.
Call of Duty: Ghosts for the Xbox 360 is 50% off too, joining Rock Band 3 in the discount bin for the same amount. The Doors Greatest Hits: Rock Band Edition, Bon Jovi Greatest Hits: Rock Band Edition, American Idiot Album add-ons for Rock Band 3 are also 50% off.
About that sale though? Capcom is slashing prices on many of its Xbox 360 games by as much as 75%. Dead Rising, Dead Rising 2, Remember Me, Resident Evil 5, Street Fighter 3 and more are all included in the sale.
Of course, if you’re going to take advantage of the timed deals, you’ll need an Xbox Live Gold subscription. It costs $9.99 for the entire month.
