With Halo: The Master Chief Collection launching tonight and the HaloFest show kicking off in mere hours, what better way is there to celebrate than watching leaked footage of the Halo 5: The Guardians multiplayer beta?

New video from Halo 5: The Guardians leaked to the web this past weekend. In that video we see that sprinting is now available to everyone. In previous games players needed the sprint Armor Ability to do the same thing. 343 Industries’ Bonnie Ross took to Twitter to confirm that the leaks were genuine and add some more details.  According to a retweet by Ross, movement penalties for scoping and zooming are out of the game. Flinching is too. She also confirmed that users can expect more information when 343 Industries takes the stage at HaloFest later tonight.

The Halo 5: The Guardians multiplayer will be available to those who purchase Halo: The Master Chief Collection. The Master Chief Collection goes on sale tonight, but the beta won’t start until December 27th. Livestreams from HaloFest will be available through Xbox Live and Xbox.com beginning at 11PM EST or 8PM PST. IGN and Twitch will also have streams from the event.
