A few weeks ago we had to send in one of our trusty Zune HDs for hardware issues and noticed the Zune Support website hadn’t really kept pace with the changes made to the rest of Zune.net. Well, problem solved.

Today Microsoft pushed a few notable changes to the support including a new look and support categories to help you find the documentation that you need to take better advantave of each part of the ecosystem. New support categories include “Zune Software”, “Zune Players”, “Zune Pass”, “Zune on Windows Phone 7”, “Zune on Xbox Live”, “Zune Marketplace”, “Collection”, “Accounts and Billing”, “Sync”, and “Zune Social”.
