Now that it’s the end of the year and you’ve survived all of the major video game launches, Microsoft is hoping that you have space for just a few more titles. Don’t fret, it’s willing to heavily discount them , all in the name of filling out your library before January’s dry spell. The Xbox Countdown sale kicked off today, and the company is offering big deals on Titanfall 2, Forza Horizon 3, Battlefield One and more.

Major Nelson noted the start of the Xbox Countdown Sale this morning. For two solid weeks Microsoft is discounting apps, games and music available in the Xbox Store and Windows Stores. Everyone gets to take advantage of the savings, but Xbox Live Gold members get a further 10 percent discount.

Batman Arkham Knight is a ridiculously low $10 with a subscription. Mafia 3, Forza Horizon 3, Battlefield 1 and Call of Duty Infinite Warfare are all $38.99 each. Titanfall 2 is just $30. You’ll find a detailed list of all the games on sale through the Xbox Store on your console or at the Major Nelson website. Microsoft is dividing the big savings into one week each. As such, it’ll rollout another slate of big savings on other games before the holiday season is over.

Daily deals launched every morning will add to the Xbox Countdown Sale festivities. Today’s discount involves Life is Strange for example. The savings gets as high as 80% off some titles, but to get the most savings you need that Gold subscription. If you don’t have one already, you can purchase a month for $1.

The Movies & TV Store is also offering some $9.99 movie purchases, like Deadpool and Star Trek Beyond. Britney Spears, Rihanna and Ariana Grande’s 2016 albums are all on sale for $9.99 in the Music Store.

I’ll mostly be sitting this sale out since my focus is still on Watch Dogs 2 and I’m not big on amassing a backlog of video games to play. That isn’t to say that I wasn’t highly tempted to take advantage of that Battlefield 1 discount.

What are you guys thinking about picking up in the Xbox Countdown Sale?
