Did you just delete a suspicious message on Xbox Live that invites you to join a beta testing program for future software upgrades for Microsoft’s Xbox One? As Microsoft has just announced the existence of a beta program we’d suggest you start kicking yourself for not taking it seriously.
Microsoft announced the Xbox One Beta Program on Xbox Wire just moments ago. It asks users who are invited to join the program for their feedback on any future updates that Microsoft rolls out to its console.
Users who join the beta testing program will be given access to future console updates earlier than everyone else. Microsoft will solicit feedback from those customers in a private forum away from the prying eyes of journalists and casual gaming lovers.
Users who are accepted into the program can expect to download the March Xbox One update that delivers multiplayer improvements and possibly more, next week.
