Microsoft is giving users cheap add-on content and entire Batman games as part of the Xbox Live Deal of the Week for April 15th. Excuse us, we mean Deals With Gold for April 15th. We’ll explain in a bit.
Until next Tuesday, users can pick up Injustice: Gods Among Us for $19.99, Batman: Arkham City for $4.99, Gotham City Imposters for $3.74, Batman: Arkham Asylum for $4.99 and Lego Batman 2 for $6.59.
Additionally, add-on content for Batman: Arkham Origins is cheaper too. The Infinite Earth Skins Pack and New Millenium Skins Pack are both $2.49. The Deathstroke Challenge Pack is also available for Batman: Arkham Origin players for $2.99. The Initiations DLC will cost users $3.49. The Season Pass to get all that content is just $9.99.
Batman: Arkham City’s Harley Quinn’s Revenge and Arkham City Skins Pack are also on sale. The first is going for $2.49 with the latter going for $1.24.
Of course, users will have until April 22nd to take advantage of these deals. They’ll also need an Xbox Live Gold subscription before seeing these cheaper prices in the Xbox Store too.
Now about that name change. Clearly Microsoft has decided that it’s a good idea to emphasize the perks that are available to users thanks to Xbox Live Gold, hence the name change from Xbox Live Deal of the Week to Deals With Gold. Though we’re all for making things more obvious, we’re not particular fans of the name switch. Still, it puts the focus on the value users are getting and that’s certainly not a bad thing.
