Forgive us. We interrupt your Friday evening so that we might make your work week more enjoyable. The third season of Sherlock is coming to Netflix on Sunday.
According to Vulture, Sherlock season 3 will begin streaming on the world’s largest streaming video service next week exclusively, meaning users of Amazon’s Prime streaming service and Hulu Plus are out of luck if they haven’t already seen these episodes. Sherlock wrapped up its third season run earlier this year, leaving fans hungry for more episodes. The show features Benedict Cumberbatch and Martin Freeman as Sherlock Homes and Dr. John Watson and follows them as they solved increasingly clever cases.
Netflix users will also get exclusive access to a three-part documentary focusing on the making of the show. Netflix is available on Windows, Windows Phone, the Xbox 360 and the Xbox One in native applications. Users who choose to watch on the Xbox 360 and Xbox One but don’t have an Xbox Live Gold subscription will need to wait until Microsoft revamps the service on June 9th. A Netflix subscription costs users $9.99 a month.
