It’s finally here folks. Microsoft’s Gamescom 2014 Xbox Media Briefing this morning at 8 a.m.. Here’s how you can watch live.
Starting at 8 a.m. Microsoft takes the stage at Gamescom 2014 for its Xbox Media Briefing. Anyone who has an Xbox Live account or not will be able to watch the entire press briefing on Xbox.com at 8 a.m. Eastern Standard Time. That’s about 5 a.m. Pacific Standard Time. Additionally Microsoft’s Major Nelson is hosting an After Show immediately following the Xbox Media Briefing that too will be streamed on Xbox’s website. Live footage from Microsoft’s Gamescom 2014 booth will be available all week-long on the company’s Twitch.TV profile too.
For the most part, Microsoft has played its announcements pretty close to the chest. The company is expected to talk a lot about the games coming to the Xbox One and Xbox 360 later this year, but with all those already announced its unclear if Microsoft has any serious surprises in-store for Xbox users. Shortly before it’s E3 2014 Xbox Media Briefing Microsoft did confirm that it would have more to share about Quantum Break at Gamescom 2014. Anything beyond that and the titles the company have already announced remains unclear.
