Movie and comic book lovers who saw Deadpool 2 this weekend, I have a question for you. What did you think of the movie?
I’m interested in what you guys thought of Deadpool 2 because I decided to skip the film. Normally, I’m the first one in line to see a comic book movie on Thursday. That allows me to publish an At the Movies review during opening weekend. Needing a break from superheroes for a bit, I sat film out. To be honest, I also wasn’t a huge fan of the first film.
Deadpool 2 stars Ryan Reynolds, Zazi Beets, T.J. Miller, Morena Baccarin and Josh Brolin. Brolin is fresh off a win from playing Thanos in Avengers Infinity War. If you haven’t reached the upper limits of your superhero quotient yet, definitely hit play on the trailer above. The first Deadpool was an R-rated contraption held together by some reasonably funny jokes. The trailer indicates the second movie continues in that tradition.
