That Atari: Game Over documentary that Xbox Entertainment Studios produced for Xbox Live users over the summer, is now available to everyone.
The documentary that covers the rise and fall of gaming giant Atari started filming earlier this year and included producers heading to a landfill and digging up buried copies of the E.T. game. Atari: Game Over was just one of the many shows and films Xbox Entertainment Studios had slated for production before it was unceremoniously killed in layoffs earlier this year. Halo: Nightfall was another Xbox Entertainment Studios project.
Users don’t need an Xbox One or Xbox 360 to stream Atari: Game Over. It’s also available through Xbox Video on Windows, Windows Phone and the web.
