This week Microsoft got all official on the ZuneHD’s 64gb variant, allowing you to carry loads more music, video, and television shows then you could on any other flash Zune before. Now I know the more jaded of you will tell me that it’s now time for a 128gb Zune, (see we’ve been doing this little run around for too long), but it’s the rest of you I’m curious about.
Not to be outdone by all that firmware goodness we expect to see soon, we’re being told that Zune HD 64gb will make it’s debut on April 12th bring along with it price reductions on the entire Zune HD line.
Hmm so you went to bed last night thinking you knew all there was to know about the forthcoming ZuneHD 4.5 update didn’t you? You awoke this morning only dreaming of the eternal happiness that could come from Xvid or DivX format, and nothing else? We’ll I’ve got a little news for you. There’s more where that came from.
For nearly six months we heard non-stop speculation on what capacities the ZuneHD might appear during last fall’s release. According to this GDGT user, there may be a capacity bump coming soon. Bonus device pictures after the break.
Update Oh and just incase this wasn’t enough evidence, Theres no a link to a 64gb Zune over at Zune.net
